Early morning at the gym!!
I actually made it there almost at 6 AM :-). Walked for 10 minutes then the elliptical trainer for another 10… abs, abs and more abs and some other stuff :-). Mostly abs though. Then I went to the polls and voted!!! Hope everyone got out there and rocked it!

At the gym.
Finally got a chance to make it to the gym this week… only was able to do 2 miles though after such a long break. It’s getting harder to stay consistent when there’s nothing really pushing me to stay on schedule like an upcoming race… I have no upcoming race :-(. Need to find a worthy one pronto.
Also I’ve noticed that after having trained with TNT for those 3 months I’ve gotten used to running with people and it’s been a great motivator. I think I need a running partner… was running with my sis for a while but she’s been taking some time off cuz of knee problems so I have not been as motivated to get out there and just run when I can’t find time to make it to the gym.

Strength at the Gym
After running the treadmill, I stretched well, worked the abs.. then proceeded on the the machines… leg press, hamstring curls, seated rows, shoulder press, curls, tricep press thing and more abs on the machines. I was pooped by the time I was all done.
